A Typical Engagement

Your engagement with Syntro begins by telling us about your objectives, needs and concerns. Next we work with you to identify all the applicable influencing variables. This will include applicable external requirements (regulatory and accreditation), internal requirements, competing priorities and resources, critical deadlines, etc.

Using the above information, we work with you to develop a high-level consulting plan that addresses your needs. This consulting plan becomes the proposal.

Our consulting proposal will cover three phases:

Initial assessment of your compliance with the standards

Support for your action plan implementation

Survey preparation

Because we cannot know the status of your standards implementation until the initial assessment is complete, we typically propose only a budget for the first phase. After assessment and consultation with you, if additional support is needed and desired, we will present budgets accordingly.
